Culinary adventurers are invited to embark on a sensational new journey: Three Chefs, Three Feasts by The Peninsula, is an original dining series uniting Michelin-starred chefs from its European hotels in Paris, London, and Istanbul. Together these celebrated chefs will join forces to offer an immersive dining experience spotlighting the flavours and heritage of their home destinations.
Three feasts will take place at the iconic rooftop restaurants of L’Oiseau Blanc at The Peninsula Paris on 13 May, Brooklands by Claude Bosi at The Peninsula London on 30 September, and GALLADA at The Peninsula Istanbul on 22 October.
Just as the three rooftop venues are linked by their breathtaking cityscape views, so too are the chefs united in their shared dedication to cooking that evokes emotion, passion, and a deep connection to the cultural heart of each city.
The Masters Behind the Feasts:

Over the course of three evenings, in three cities, guests will indulge in an exquisitely curated six-course tasting menu, with each chef and their team presenting a course in turn, showcasing novel dishes and favourite flavours. In Paris, diners can look forward to a ‘Duck Jelly’ starter course by Chef Claude Bosi, followed by ‘Manti From My Mum, a tribute to the traditional Turkish dumpling recipe from Chef Fatih Tutak’s childhood and rounding off with ‘Sea Garden’, by Chef David Bizet.
These emotion-filled dishes reflect each chef’s distinctive culinary philosophy, commitment to local produce, and dedication to craftmanship. Sourcing the finest ingredients from best-in-class suppliers and local markets, each dish will tell a story of memories, invention, and seasonality.
Throughout the evening, a rare glimpse into the heart of each kitchen will be offered, so that guests can witnessing first-hand the energy and expertise of the brigades. A seamless transition between courses will be marked by a shared culinary gesture between the chefs, symbolising the unity of their craft.
On departure, diners will take home a box of artisanal chocolates as a delicious keepsake: each piece an enchanting morsel inspired by the three Peninsula Hotels.
